
PILATES MAT CLASSES
You will experience the original mat sequence of exercises developed by Joseph Pilates and the benefits that come along with it. We use a mat, light weights and sometimes the "Magic Circle" to bring more resistance and awareness to your practice. These classes work on strength, flexibility, core stability & co-ordination.
If you have any injury or movement limitation, we recommend to start with private classes before join any group.
MAT WALL CLASSES
This is also a small group class (3 to 4 people max), using a piece of equipment called Mat Wall. We also work mostly with Mat exercises and accessories but we add the benefit of the use of springs and bars to increase the challenge and difficulty for your workout. We recommend an intermediate level of practice to be able to have full benefit of this class.
Classes can be 45min or 55min long and they work as “private” groups.
PILATES GOLD CLASSES
Pilates Gold is a dedicated class for those 60 & over. It’s a safe, low-impact class that focuses on strengthening whilst protecting joints. Pilates at its core works on improving balance, strength, flexibility, focus, and your breath. It is gentle enough to be right for you at any age, and every exercise can be modified on any given day to meet you where your body is that day.

CLASS SCHEDULE
There are no membership fees and all Privates Sessions and Mat Classes are by appointment only.
All prices include GST. Cancellation for all sessions or classes must be made 16 hours before the session or a full session charge will apply. Our 10 Concessions are valid for 12 weeks and 5 Concessions are valid for 8 weeks, and cannot be refunded or transferred.
